Cancellation policy

24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule a booking without charge.
Free cancellation
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service start time are free of charge. You will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Late cancellation
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the estimated service cost. This fee compensates the Pro for the reserved time slot.
No-show
If you are not present and a Pro cannot access the property at the scheduled time, the full service price will be charged. Please ensure access instructions are provided at the time of booking.
Pro-initiated cancellation
In the rare event that a Pro needs to cancel, Vyrondo will reschedule your appointment at no additional cost and, where possible, prioritize your booking with a certified Pro.

You can cancel your booking on the booking confirmation page using the Cancel this booking option, or by contacting
support@vyrondo.com with your booking reference number.
Recurring bookings
For recurring service plans, cancellation of a single visit follows the same 24-hour policy. To cancel your recurring plan entirely, 7 days notice is required to avoid a plan cancellation fee.
