We collect information you provide directly: name, email, phone, service address, and payment method details. We also collect usage data (pages visited, booking history) and device information automatically when you use the Platform.

We use your information to: process and confirm bookings, match you with the right Pro, send service confirmations and receipts, improve the Platform, and send promotional communications (with your consent). We do not sell your personal information.

Payment card data is processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. Vyrondo does not store full card numbers. Only the last 4 digits are retained for your records. All transactions are encrypted via TLS.

We use your service address to match you with nearby Pros and to calculate pricing. Pro GPS check-in data is used to trigger payment authorization. We do not track your location continuously.

We use Rentcast to look up property details from your address. We use Stripe for payment processing. These services have their own privacy policies which govern their use of your data.

We retain booking records for 3 years for legal and tax purposes. You may request deletion of your account and personal data at any time by emailing privacy@vyrondo.com.

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. California residents have additional rights under CCPA. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@vyrondo.com.

We use localStorage (not cookies) to store your language preference and session data. We do not use third-party tracking cookies.
