Privacy policy

We collect information you provide directly: name, email, phone, service address, and payment method details. We also collect booking history and technical data, such as error reports and our hosting provider’s request logs (including IP address and browser), when you use the Platform.

We use your information to: process and confirm bookings, match you with the right Pro, send service confirmations and receipts, and improve the Platform. We do not sell your personal information.

Payment card data is processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. Vyrondo does not store full card numbers. We keep only the card brand and its last four digits. All transactions are encrypted via TLS.

We use your service address to match you with nearby Pros and to calculate pricing. When your Pro checks in, we record their location to confirm they reached your address. Check-in is also when your card is charged. We do not track your location continuously.

We use Supabase for our database and sign-in, Stripe for payment processing, Resend to send email, Twilio to send text messages, Google to look up addresses, RentCast to look up property details from your address, Checkr for background checks of Pros, Sentry for error monitoring, and Vercel to host the site. These services have their own privacy policies which govern their use of your data.

We keep payment, booking and tax records for 7 years. You can ask us to delete your account and personal information at any time by emailing support@vyrondo.com. We delete what we can and tell you which records we must keep, and why.

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@vyrondo.com. You can ask for a copy of your personal information, or ask us to correct or delete it — see Your privacy rights.

We use cookies to keep you signed in, and your browser’s storage for your language preference and a booking in progress. We do not use third-party tracking cookies. Cookie management lists each one.
