Step 01
Enter your address and select your service
Your property details are fetched automatically and your price is calculated instantly. For most homes, real pricing before you confirm.
Step 02
Qualified Pros near you are notified
We notify qualified Pros in your area. The first available Pro to accept is assigned to your booking. You’ll see your Pro’s name and details once they’re confirmed.
Step 03
Your Pro checks in when they arrive
Your card is authorized when you book — or 24 hours before, for a clean more than 4 days away — and charged when your Pro arrives. You only pay for work that happens.
Step 04
Your clean is completed
Rate your Pro if you like.
Step 05
Rebooking is quick
Your past bookings live in your account. Book Again carries over your service, property, size details and your previous Pro — you pick the date and time and confirm. If you ask for the same Pro, we offer the booking to them first; if they’re unavailable, we match you with another Pro. Each visit is booked individually. You can cancel a booking from your account.
