Step 02
We notify qualified Pros in your area. The first available Pro to accept is assigned to your booking. You'll see your Pro's name and details once they're confirmed.
Step 03
Your card is authorized when you book and processed when your Pro arrives. You only pay for work that happens.
Step 04
Rate your Pro to close out the job. Your rating directly affects their standing on the platform. This matters — it drives operational excellence.
Step 05
Your past bookings live in your account. Book Again carries over your service, property, size details and your previous Pro — you pick the date and time and confirm. If you ask for the same Pro, we offer the booking to them first; if they’re unavailable, we match you with another Pro. Each visit is booked individually. You can cancel a booking from your account.
