By accessing or using Vyrondo ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform. Vyrondo reserves the right to modify these terms at any time with notice.

Vyrondo is a marketplace connecting customers with independent professional cleaning contractors ("Pros"). Vyrondo does not employ Pros directly. All Pros are independent contractors who have passed background checks and agreed to Vyrondo's Pro Standards.

When you book a service, your payment method is authorized but not charged until your Pro checks in via GPS upon arrival. Vyrondo collects payment on behalf of the Pro and remits after service completion minus the platform fee. All prices shown are estimates. Final pricing is confirmed before checkout.

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled service are free of charge. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee of up to 50% of the estimated service cost. No-shows are charged in full.

Vyrondo offers a 24-hour satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your clean, contact us within 24 hours and we will arrange a re-clean at no additional cost, subject to verification.

You may not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, harass Pros, provide false information, attempt to circumvent the Platform to book Pros directly, or engage in any conduct that disrupts the Platform.

Vyrondo's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific booking giving rise to the claim. Vyrondo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
