Terms of service

By accessing or using Vyrondo ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform. Vyrondo reserves the right to modify these terms at any time with notice.

Vyrondo is a marketplace connecting customers with independent professional cleaning contractors ("Pros"). Vyrondo does not employ Pros directly. All Pros are independent contractors who have passed background checks and agreed to Vyrondo's Pro Standards.

When you book a service, your payment method is authorized. Payment is processed when your Pro arrives for your appointment. Vyrondo collects payment on behalf of the Pro and remits after service completion minus the platform fee. All prices shown are estimates. Final pricing is confirmed before checkout.

Cancellations more than 24 hours before the scheduled service are free of charge, unless the Pro has already set off. Cancellations 24 hours or less before the service are charged a fee of 50% of the core service price — the base price for the property, excluding add-ons and busy-period pricing. If the Pro has already set off, that fee applies regardless of notice. No-shows are charged the full service price.

Vyrondo offers a 24-hour re-clean guarantee. If something was missed, contact us within 24 hours and we will arrange a re-clean, subject to verification.

You may not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, harass Pros, provide false information, attempt to circumvent the Platform to book Pros directly, or engage in any conduct that disrupts the Platform.

Vyrondo's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific booking giving rise to the claim. Vyrondo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
