Terms of service

These Terms are an agreement between you and Vyrondo Technologies, LLC ("Vyrondo", "we"). By booking a clean or otherwise using Vyrondo, you agree to them. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform. If we change these Terms, the new version applies to bookings made after it is posted; each booking is governed by the version in effect when you booked. These Terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina.

Vyrondo is a marketplace connecting customers with independent professional cleaning contractors ("Pros"). Vyrondo does not employ Pros directly. All Pros are independent contractors.

When you book a service, your payment method is saved. If the service is within 4 days, it is authorized when you book; otherwise it is authorized 24 hours before the service. Payment is processed when your Pro arrives for your appointment. You pay Vyrondo for your clean. The price shown when you book is the price of the clean as booked. Vyrondo pays your Pro their share for the clean. If we can’t authorize your card and it isn’t fixed by 4 hours before the clean, we cancel the booking and you are not charged.

Cancellations more than 24 hours before the scheduled service are free of charge, unless the Pro has already set off. Cancellations 24 hours or less before the service are charged a fee of 50% of the core service price — the base price for the property, excluding add-ons and busy-period pricing — but the first time a cancellation fee would apply, we waive it. If the Pro has already set off, that fee applies regardless of notice. Once your Pro has checked in, the booking can’t be cancelled. If your Pro cannot get into your home at the scheduled time — because you are not there, the home is locked, or the access instructions do not work — and Vyrondo confirms it, you are charged the full core service price. Add-ons are not charged.

Vyrondo offers a 24-hour re-clean guarantee. If something was missed, request a re-clean from your booking in your account within 24 hours after your clean is complete. We review each request, and if we approve it we arrange a re-clean at no charge.

You may not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, harass Pros, provide false information, attempt to circumvent the Platform to book Pros directly, or engage in any conduct that disrupts the Platform.

Vyrondo's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific booking giving rise to the claim. Vyrondo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

If you turn on sign-in codes by text, Vyrondo texts a one-time code to your mobile number each time you ask to sign in by text. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
