Are Pros background-checked?+
Yes. Every Pro on Vyrondo passes government ID verification, SSN verification, and a thorough background screening before their first job. See our How We Screen Pros page for full details.
How is pricing calculated?+
Pricing is based on your home size (bedrooms, bathrooms, and square footage) and the service type. You see the exact estimated price before confirming your booking.
What if I need to cancel?+
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before your scheduled clean are free. Late cancellations within 24 hours incur a 50% fee. See our Cancellation Policy for full details.
When does Vyrondo charge my card?+
Your card is authorized at booking but not charged until your Pro checks in via GPS upon arrival. If no Pro shows up, you are not charged.
What areas do you serve?+
Vyrondo currently serves New Hanover, Brunswick, and Pender County, North Carolina. We are expanding — check back soon.
Can I request the same Pro again?+
Yes. After your first clean, you can request your Pro for future bookings. We make it easy to build a relationship with a Pro you trust.
What if I am not happy with my clean?+
We offer a 24-hour satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 24 hours and we will arrange a re-clean at no additional cost.
How do I become a Pro on Vyrondo?+
Apply at our Join as a Pro page. We review every application within 2 business days. You must pass our full 3-step screening before your first job.
