Your card is authorized at booking but never charged until your Pro checks in via GPS upon arrival. If no Pro arrives, you pay nothing. Payment is secured on arrival — not before — and you receive a full itemized receipt instantly.
Every completed job generates a rating from the customer. Pros who fall below 4.0 stars are automatically suspended pending review. Pros who maintain a 4.9+ rating over 100+ jobs qualify for the Vyrondo Certified tier — our top-tier designation.
